ABSTRACT

Has done research on Analysis of Factors Affecting Marine Fish Processed Product Marketing at Padang city. Research held in May 2013 to June 2013 in the Padang city. Method used in this study is a survey method and descriptive. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the marketing of processed products marine fish in the city of Padang, examines how government support for processed fishery products in the city of Padang, and examines the marketing strategies undertaken by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the marketing of fish processing in the city of Padang. The results showed that the factors that influence marketing is a form of raw materials are difficult to obtain because it depends on the state of the season with a percentage of 62.5%, the level of general education is still relatively low on the percentage of 65.27%, which is unstable prices in warehouse container 51, 38%, inadequate capital to develop the business of marketing of processed products marine fish with a percentage of 19.44%, an indication of the existence of a threat of new entrants 19.44% and 12.5% revealed uneven promotion.
