This research is motivated by the application of Student Facilitator And Explaining model in Indonesian learning process has not been maximal, so the potential of learners has not been optimally explored. Teachers apply the model Student facilitator And Explaining not in accordance with the existing theory, not using media as a supporter, interest in learning Indonesian students tend to be still low. The purpose of this study is to know the planning of the teacher in the application of model Student facilitator And Explaining in learning Indonesian class IV SD Negeri 05 Guguk Sarai district IX Koto Sungai Lasi Solok District. Type of research is field risearch with qualitative method. Primary data source is teacher of class IV and fourth grader of SD Negeri 05 Guguk Sarai, while secondary data is Headmaster. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research findings from teacher planning in applying model of Student Facilitator And Explaining in the learning of Indonesian class IV SD Negeri 05 Guguk Sarai is starting from peyusunan syllabus, preparation of learning implementation plan (RPP) and preparing instructional media, implementation of model of Student facilitator and Explaining in the learning of Indonesian class IV SD Negeri 05 Guguk Sarai Subdistrict IX Koto Sungai Lasi Solok District which shows improvement and the spirit of learning. Evaluation conducted by teacher in applying model of Student Facilitator And Explaining in learning of Indonesian class IV SD Negeri 05 Guguk Sarai Subdistrict IX Koto Sungai Lasi Sub-Province Solok is cognitive area evaluation, psychomotor area assessment, affective domain assessment.
