KEWAJIBAN BADAN USAHA MENDAFTARKAN PEKERJANYA SEBAGAI PESERTA JKN (JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL) BPJS KESEHATAN DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract


Health is important to human life. Work can only be done in a healthy condition to support the necessities of life, the employer must register the employee as a participant BPJS Kesehatan which is a law of the Law. The problems in this study are 1) How the implementation of obligations that must be done by Business Entities as employers to register their workers as participants JKN BPJS Kesehatan? 2) What are the factors causing the Business Entity not to register its employees as a participant of JKN BPJS Kesehatan? 3) Are sanctions against Business Entities not registering their employees as participants of JKN BPJS Kesehatan has been done ?. This research method is Sociological Law. The data source consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews with respondents and document studies. Data analysis technique is qualitative analysis. The result of the research can be concluded that 1) Business Entity must register its employees by giving correct data and collect dues from deductions of salary / wages of its workers and pay to BPJS Kesehatan. 2) Non-permanent workers and lack of socialization regarding the obligation to follow social security program BPJS Kesehatan which is a common factor of Business Entity not list BPJS Kesehatan. 3) Sanctions can not be applied to the middle-class enterprise because the number of business entities that do not have NPWP which is a requirement list BPJS Kesehatan for Business Entities.
