IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PENYEDIAAN AIR BERSIH DI PDAM KOTA PADANG
Public service is a set of activity to fill of needs. Based on the law of citizen in service and administration. PDAM service is supplies of clean water, in this service, PDAM of Padang got some troubles such as, water does glugged well, broken pipes, and lack of sources of clean water. Formulation of the problem are (1) how to do public service in preparation clean water in PDAM at Padang. (2) What kinds of problem to solve in public service about clean water in PDAM at Padang. (3) How to avoid the problems to supplies of clean water’s in PDAM Padang. The result of research (1) the implementation of public service’s in preparing clean water in Padang, such as prepare the water for costumers, building the new pipe for each costumer house’s and the last ease in paying bill of water. (2) the problem that faced in public service about clean water, lack of calculation, geographic problems, and planning of city building. (3) Avoid solve the problems to supplies of clean water in PDAM Padang make a cooperation with government all other instantion to avoid the problems in preparing clean water at Padang.
