SISTEM REKRUTMEN ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 8 TAHUN 2012, DANPELAKSANAANNYA PADA PARTAI NASDEMKOTA PARIAMAN

Abstract


Changes to Constitution 1945 has done in Indonesia implicates in the state administration system changes, and especially the institutions of this country. As citizens of the Republic of Indonesia, we should know what is meant by the Constitution regarding the institutions of the country. However, in this thesis the author only presents a discussion of legislative institutions  representatives regarding the problems of recruitment against prospective members before facing election. Formulation of the problem in this thesis the author want to peruse is as follows: (1) how does the legislative candidate recruitment system undertaken by the party Nasdem Pariaman before the legislative elections of 2014. (2) Problems are encountered by the party Nasdem Pariaman in recruiting candidates for members of the legislature ahead of the legislative elections. To get the information about it, the authors use sociological legal research i.e. research which is based on primary information  or each information that is retrieved directly from the field as the source first through an interview and ask for accurate explanation related to the problems which the author carefully. In addition, the authors also conducted research or study document libraries aim to acquire secondary information. Based on the research that has been done then the author derive the conclusion that the legislative members of the recruitment system undertaken by the party Nasdem Pariaman is a system based on democratic principles and does not interfere with the consolidation of the party's Nasdem in winning legislative elections of 2014.
