PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN VAK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIII MTsN DURIAN TARUNG PADANG
The percentage of students who reached KKM was still low because the teacher still used scientif learning in mathematic teaching prosess. The students were difficult to give their opinions and ask some anastions to their theachers. They where not also active in mathematic theacing learning process in the class. The purpose of this research was to compare the result of students who implemented VAK model learning with the result of students who implemented scientific learning in mathematic in the class VIII MTsN Durian Tarung Padang. The hypotheses of this research was proportion of students who implemented VAK model learning was higer than the proportion of students who implemented scientific model learning in mathematic teaching learning process at MTsN Durian Tarung Padang. The design of this research was experiment method. The population of this research was class VIII at MTsN Durian Tarung Padang in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research was class VIII.4, 39 students as an experiment class and class VIII.6, 38 students as a control class. The result of students in learning mathematic for both sample after teasting hypotheses was = 4,97 and db = 1 with Because p < 0,01, was rejected, and was accepted. As the result, the hypotheses stated that the proportation of the result of students who implemented VAK model learning was better than the proportion of the result students who implemented scientific learning. It was concluded that VAK model learning was better than scientific learning.
