               Susanto (2012: 225), states that "Citizenship Education is a subject that is used as a vehicle to develop and preserve noble and moral values that are rooted in the culture of the Indonesian nation". The application of learning in general still uses conventional learning. To overcome these problems the researchers used the Numbered Head Together learning model on the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education class III students of SDN 6 Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on this, the researchers conducted an experimental study with the title "The effect of the Numbered Head Together learning model on the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education for third grade students of SDN 6 Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency".               This type of research is an experimental research design "posttest-only control design". The independent variable in this study is the influence of the Numbered Head Together learning model. while the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education for third grade students of SDN 6 Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency. The population in this study were all grade III students of SDN 6 Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency in the academic year 2019/2020. The sample in this study were 21 students in class III A and 20 students in class III B were 20 students. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The data taken in this study are the results of student Citizenship Education learning obtained through the final test in an objective form.               The results showed the average value of the experimental class was higher than the control class (experimental class average value of 75,48 and control class average value of 67,25. Statistically (α = 0.05) obtained tcount = 5,44 and t table = 2,022 where tcount> ttable then the H1 working hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected.               From these data it was concluded that the Numbered Head Together learning model affected the learning outcomes of third grade students in Civics Education at SDN 6 Megang Sakti Musi Rawas Regency.
