Purpose- objectives of this study to determine the relationship between the quality of information on employee cynicism and to determine the effect on management's belief employee cynicism towards change.
Method-Total population of the study a total of 39 employees and entirely made as a sample (census method). This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis method using SEM_PLS. In this case, researchers use a smart-pls 3.2.7.
Results- positive effect on cynicism Quality Information on changes in the value of - 0.321, meaning H2 received.Trust top management to cynicism on changes to the value of a significant p value but the value of Q 0.574 it means that H2 is rejected.
