PENGARUH KUANTITAS PERUBAHAN TERHADAP SINISME KARYAWAN: AGEN PERUBAHAN STRATEGIS DAN PAKAR ADMINISTRASI SEBAGAI PEMODERASI

This study aims to investigate the effect of quantity changes on employee cynicism about a change in Daima Hotel Padang with strategic change agents and administrative experts as moderation. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Daima Hotel Padang as many as 68 employees. To test and answer the hypothesis, we use the SEM equation with the PLS-based approach using smartPLS 3. Our results show that employees who have high cynicism will behave badly in accepting or facing changes that are applied by the organization, but for employees who have low cynicism, not it will be difficult to accept this change. However, all hypotheses are rejected because the value of t is smaller than 1.96. This is because the items for the construct under test are insufficient or too little, so the items for further research are suggested to increase the number of respondents who respond or return the questionnaire so that items for each construct can add value to the construct.
