Workers from various other regions are the dominant factor as workers in various offices or organizations, organizations often consist of many different regions, each with their own perceptions of roles, attitudes towards other regions, cultural orientation, and educational background. Consequently, such an environment has produced diverse values, attitudes, and behaviors. Islamic work ethics and commitment Organizations will be more likely to accept change. Research Objectives to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics and organizational commitment on attitudes towards organizational change. The method that will be used in data collection is using the primary data collection method by giving / distributing questionnaires to the entire ASN Office of the Ministry of Religion in Dharmasraya by distributing questionnaires directly. After the questionnaire was distributed to 35 respondents, only 30 respondents filled out the questionnaire. The hypothesis is answered by using path coeficient and t_statistik. All hypotheses are accepted because the value of t is smaller than 1.96 (alpha = 1%). So that it can be concluded that Islamic Work Ethics provides a positive influence on Organizational Commitment and Attitudes, and Organizational Commitment has a positive influence on attitudes in the sense that the higher the Islamic Work Ethic and Organizational Commitment the better the attitude and vice versa. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Islamic Work Ethics and Organizational Commitment greatly influence the attitude to face changes applied by the management of the organization, in the sense that employees or employees who have the Islamic Work Ethic and High Organizational Commitments will be good at accepting or facing changes applied by the organization, but for employees or employees who have Islamic Work Ethics and low Organizational Commitments it will be difficult to accept these changes.

2. Pendahuluan
Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Dharmasraya memiliki pekerja dari berbagai budaya dan berasal dari berbagai daerah. Dari data kepegawaian Kemenag Kabupaten Dharmasraya, 65 persen dari Staf Kantor adalah pekerja dari luar daerah, 60 persen adalah ASN, 40 persen adalah Tenaga kontrak.
Tenaga kerja dari berbagai daerah lain merupakan faktor dominan sebagai pekerja di berbagai kantor atau organisasi, organisasi sering terdiri dari banyak daerah yang berbeda, masing-masing dengan persepsi peran mereka sendiri, sikap terhadap daerah lain, orientasi budaya, dan latar belakang pendidikan.
Konsekuensinya, lingkungan seperti itu telah menghasilkan nilai, sikap, dan perilaku yang beragam. Sejumlah peneliti telah mengamati bahwa individu dari budaya yang
