This study aims to determine how much influence employee coaching, employee development and employee empowerment improve employee performance. Data collection methods through surveys and circulating questionnaires, the number of population is 178 respondents, the sample method used slovin, this the number sample of this study is 65  respondents of the Department of Transportation Office of Padang. The analytical method used is regression analysis. The results of the study showed that employee coaching, employee development , and employee empowerment had a persistent effect on employee performance.
