PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION PADA HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V SDN 21 LUBUK LINTAH

Abstract

This study aims to compare the proportion of students who achieve mastery learning mathematics learning applying cooperative learning model type Assisted Individualization Team is higher than the proportion of students who achieve mastery learning mathematics learning applying conventional learning to students class V SDN 21 Lubuk Lintah. This research is experimental research, with population in this research is all student of class V SDN 21 Lubuk Lintah. Sampling in this research is done by purposive sampling technique then drawing is done, from draw result of selected class V.4 as experiment class and V.2 as control class. The observed learning result is the cognitive domain seen from the final test result of the research. The data in this study is in the form of the final test further in if with hypothesis testing. From result of data analysis by using hypothesis test obtained X2count  = 4,20 and X2tabel  = 3,84 so that value (p) given for db = 1 obtained   (0,02) <   (0,05), Or 0.01 <0.025 because p <0.05 means H0  is rejected and H1  is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the proportion of students who achieve mastery learning mathematics learning implement cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization higher than the proportion of students who achieve learning mastery learning using conventional methods. So it can be applied for the achievement of optimal results on student learning outcomes. Therefore it is expected that the classroom teachers can use cooperative learning model of Team Assisted Individualization type, as one of the models in learning mathematics in all elementary school students.
