PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSPLORATIF PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA UNTUK MENDUKUNG KURIKULUM 2013

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 at elementary school is an effort to simplify and using thematic integrative.  The curriculum is set up to build generation that is ready to design the future and have character value. This curriculum provides flexibility of student to be more active, creative, and confident. Mathematics was instrumental to develop student character, because mathematic is related to student daily activity. One of the learning activities that student are able to develop the character with explorative learning activities. This activities is to explore the ideas, arguments and different ways of student through a number of open questions and command that can deliver students to the understanding of  a concept.
