Abstract

The contributions of Interpersonal Communication and Creativity are very important toward the implementation of teacher’s task. This article much discusses about the proof of the essensial  factors of the communication and creativity to teacher’s task implementation. All of the school’s have to build good communication on anything they do, and also have to improve their creativity in order to make their teaching-learning proses activity more condusive. And in turn they will create a better implementation of the teacher’s task. This study was conducted using quantative methods with a correlational approach. The populasion was 330 lementary school teacher’s from District Koto XI Tarusan regency South Coast. Sample of 138 teacher’s were chosen through propotional stratified random sampling technique. Results of data analysis showed that interpersonal communication contribute to the performance of duties Elementary School Distrik teachers Koto XI Tarusan regerency South Coast with the contribution of 18.4%, of the workings of creativity berkontribusi public elementary school teachers in the Districk Koto XI Tarusan regerency South Coast with a magnitude of 20.6%. Interpersonal communication and creativity jointly contribute to the performance of duties of 27.3% of teachers.
