INTISARI
Dalam rangka memasarkan produknya PT Suka Fajar Ltd Cabang Solok sangat bergantung kepada tenaga penjual (selles). Setiap tenaga penjualan dibebankan target penjualan per unit yang tinggi, akan tetapi mereka juga di berikan kompensasi financial yang tinggi sehingga semangat tenaga penjual atau menjual produk automotive bermerek Mitsubishi semakin tinggi. Walaupun demikian di janjikan insentif yang tinggi atas penjualan per unit kendaraan,karyawan tetap kesulitan untuk mencapai target, mengingat begitu banyak pesaing produk automotive lain yang membuka cabang distributor di Kota Solok. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan keadilan prosedural terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT Suka Fajar Ltd Cabang Solok.
Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan 42 karyawan bagian penjualan PT Suka Fajar Ltd. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda dan uji t-statistik.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan keadilan prosedural tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan bagian sales PT Suka Fajar Ltd Cabang Solok sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan bagian sales PT Suka Fajar Ltd Cabang Solok
Sesuai dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis maka disarankan bagi PT Suka Fajar Ltd Cabang Solok, disarankan untuk berusaha membentuk kesadaran setiap karyawan untuk terus meningkatkan komitmen mereka kepada perusahaan, langkah tersebut sangat penting untuk mendorong menguatnya organizational citizenship behavior, serta menjaga eksistensi perusahaan dalam jangka panjang.

SUMMARY
In order to market its products, PT Suka Fajar Ltd Solok Branch relies heavily on sellers. Each sales force is charged with a high sales target per unit, but they are also given high financial compensation so that the spirit of the sales force or selling Mitsubishi branded automotive products is getting higher. However, promised high incentives for sales per vehicle unit, employees still have difficulty achieving the target, considering that so many competitors are other automotive products that open a distributor branch in Solok City. Therefore this study aims to prove empirically the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch.
In this study the number of samples used was 42 employees of PT Suka Fajar Ltd.'s sales department. The research variables used in this study include job satisfaction, procedural fairness, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The analytical method used to prove the validity of the hypothesis is multiple linear regression and t-statistical test.
Based on the results of testing the hypotheses that have been conducted, it was found that job satisfaction and procedural justice had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior on PT Suka Fajar Ltd sales staff in Solok Branch while organizational commitment had an effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the sales staff of PT Suka Fajar Ltd Branch Solok
In accordance with the results of testing the hypothesis it is recommended for PT Suka Fajar Ltd Solok Branch, it is advisable to try to shape the awareness of each employee to continue to increase their commitment to the company, this step is very important to encourage the strengthening of organizational citizenship behavior, as well as maintaining the existence of the company in the long run.
