Abstract

SUMMARY
At the time of this purchase the conventional market had begun to be issued. People have started
to recognize specialized online technology based on e-commerce. The existence of e-commerce
technology makes it easy for customers to do shopping activities, take no more space and time
limits, and products that are sold more fully. In connection with problems related to customers
who use e-commerce, such as the ability to receive technology, and also the value of the benefits
provided by devices online. Therefore, the objective of this research is to know and analyze the
influence of technology acceptance factors, website service quality and perceived benefits on
customer satisfaction
. In this study as many as 123 customers used to do online shopping using the Bukalapak
website. In this study, the variable customer satisfaction web site is used, the second is an
independent variable consisting of technology acceptance factors, website service quality and
perceived benefits. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis and tstatistical
testing.

Based
on the results
of hypothesis
testing

has
been
found,
it
is found that the factors
of

and

of

in Padang.

is expected

advised
to continue
to provide
comfort
for

users,
such
as
ease
of
access,
secure
payment
systems
and
maintaining
the privacy
and
security
of users
from

various
risks,
this
is
very
important
to
increase
the interest
of website
users
in do online
shopping

activities
