PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP STRES KERJA DI KAP PADANG DAN PEKAN BARU
Abstract
The audit profession is a difficult area and requires competence and high accuaracy, because the resultsof the audit process will determine the existence of the company in the future,therefore affirmed, the target time and pressure as well as the influence of the various parties involued must be very large and could encourage the emergence of stress at work. The auditor has always given great responsibility, pressure and intervention of interested parties.
The purpose of research obtain and analyze empirically prove and A personality influence on job stress in the auditor public accounting company in the Padang dan Pekan Baru. B personality influence on work stress auditor at a public accounting company in the Padang and Pekan Baru. The influence of organizational culture on work stress auditor at a public accounting company in the Padang and Pekan Baru. Influence of organizational climate on work stress auditor at a public accounting company in the Padang and Pekan Baru. This research use 43 responden is they are auditors working in the public accounting company environment in the Padang and Pekan Baru. Types of data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to the public accounting company of the Padang and Pekan Baru.
This research used two kind of group variable. The first is the dependent variable is job stress. The second independent variable is personality, Organizational culture and organizational climate, for the test hypothesis in multiple regression model and used the t-test statistics.
Based on the resultsof the auditors testing of hypothesis A personality type does not significantly influence job stress, Type B personality have significant effect on job stress suggest that auditors, whereas organization culture and organization climate note significant influence to auditor job stress in enuironment public accounting company in Padang and Pekan Baru.
