Abstract

This study examines the effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Psychological Empowerment as a Moderation Variable (Studies on Alahan Panjang Health Center Employees). In this study, the sample size was thirtyseven respondents. The data collection method used was saturated sampling method where the entire population in the study was used as a research sample, amounting to 37 people. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire, with an assessment using the Likert method which consists of five answer choices. The questionnaire has been tested and has met the validity and reliability test requirements. In this study, to test the hypothesis using descriptive analysis, and inferential analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The results of the study found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while Psychological Empowerment has a role as moderation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Alahan Panjang Health Center employees. Suggestions to the next researchers need to be observed with a wider object, so that it can be used as a reference for the sake of generating problems.
