Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi diri dan kepercayaan pada pimpinan terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah dan dampak perubahan organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas ESDM Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 76 orang pegawai Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan seluruh pegawai dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert-5. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SEM=PLS versi student. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi diri terhadap dampak perubahan organisasi dan evaluasi diri terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat, sedangkan variabel intervening yaitu dampak perubahan organisasi diketahui tidak memediasi hubungan antara evaluasi diri dan kepercayaan pada pimpinan terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah pada Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat.
