This research purposes to know the impact of internal factors: human resources aspect, production technique aspect and financial aspect to bussiness performancce of small industry in Kerinci regency. The object of this research are the small industries from agricultural sector in Kerinci regency, and the data that is used is primer data which gives some questionaires.
