PENGARUH KETIDAKAMANAN KERJA (JOB INSECURITY) TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN INTENSI KELUAR (Pada Beberapa Bank Konvensional di Kota Padang)
Abstract
Every individual who works certainly be faced with insecurity in the working position. This can happened by individuals themselves or by environmental organizations where they work. The research have fifth purpose; first test empirically the influence of job insecurity on employee job satisfaction, Second to show empirically the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Third demonstrate empirically the effect of job insecurity on organizational commitment. Fourth improved empirically the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention and purpose. Fifth improved empirically the influence of job insecurity on intentions out. The data used in this research is primary data like questionnaires that distributed to several BUMN banks in the Padang city. The technique sampling used in this research is method of non-probability sampling through purposive sampling. Number of questionnaires distributed to respondents amounted to 130 sheets, and the total questionnaires that can be college and used for the analyzed are113 questioner. The data analysts is quantitate. The tool of the test used regression model and t-test statistical.
These results of the test have funded job insecurity significant influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational commitment, job insecurity has have significant influence on organizational commitment, and the last result organizational commitment and job insecurity each other has not significant effect on turnover intention,
