Abstract

This study aimed to influence work motivation and work environment on employee performance (
studies on sub-district office Talawi Sawahlunto city ) . The samples in this study were sub-district office
employees totalling Sawahlunto city Talawi 35 orang. Teknik sampling is a method of census. The type of
data used is primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear
regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test statistical test to prove the effect of independent
variables on the dependent variable partially or individual.
The results of this study found that work motivation and work environment has a positive effect on
employee performance sub-district office Talawi Sawahlunto city.
