Abstract

The purposed is to investigate the effects of performance -based rewards , human relations , leadership styles and motivation on job satisfaction among auditors in Padang and Pekanbaru. This study is based on the premise of job satisfaction theory, namely two factors theory. In this study, we use the 53 auditors who work at the Audit Firm in Padang and Pekanbaru . Thus, the primary data is used here by using survey method. In addition, by applying the multiple regressions using SPSS, we find that.  That the performance -based rewards , leadership styles and motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction of auditors , mean while the human relations have a significant effect on job satisfaction of auditors. These findings have the practical and theoritical contribution and they are discussed in details.
