PENGARUH STRESSOR DAN TIPE KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KEJENUHAN (BURNOUT) PADA KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK DI PADANG DAN PEKAN BARU

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of the stressor and the type of personality to saturation (burnout) in a public accounting firm. Factor-factor which is used as a variable is the role of conflict, the role of ambiguity, type A personality and personality type B. The data was collect from respondents on public accounting firm in the city field, and a new week. The number of accountants who becomes the object of study as many as 70 people. This study used SPSS version 15. The test results showed that there was no significant effect of the conflict between the role of burnout. Other results found a significant and positive effect between the role of ambiguity to burnout, there is significant and negative between personality type A against burnout, and there is a significant and positive effect between personality type B against burnout.
