Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Firm Size, Leverage, Growth Opportunities toward Earning Response Coefficient (ERC) to the companies that included to index LQ45 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations in this research are go public companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. Sample was determined based on purposive sampling method with 27 companies. The examination of hypothesis was done by using multiple regression analysis to know the influence among indepedent variable. The result of research in this research indicate that Corporate social responsibility (CSR) have significant influence to decrease the Earning Response Coefficient (ERC), firm size did not have significant influence toward Earning Response Coefficient (ERC), leverage have significant influence to decrease the Earning Response Coefficient (ERC), and growth opportunities have significance influence to increase the Earning Response Coefficient (ERC).
