Abstract

Revenue is all local revenue derived from all sources native to the area economy . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the general allocation fund , a special allocation of funds and the number of people on the revenue district Dharmasraya Year 2003-2012 . Data were analyzed by using a test done by using the classical assumption that multicollinearity test , test test heteroscedasticity , autocorrelation and normality test and testing the statistics are the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , regression coefficient test ( t - test ) and testing of the F ( F - test) .

The results showed that the DAU significant positive effect on PAD ( regression coefficient = 0.832 and p = 0.003 ) , DAK positive and significant effect on PAD ( regression coefficient = 0.340 and p = 0.128 ) , the number of positive and significant effect on PAD ( regression coefficient = 0.546 and p = 0.344 .

It is recommended to further optimize the use of the DAU and DAK in developing potential areas so that there can be more profitable and to increase local revenue , to further research in order to further develop the study of factors - factors that can affect the PAD Dharmasraya using other variabels.
