Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand reputation on loyalty passengers CV.Tranex Mandiri. The population in this study is that consumers who use the transportation services CV.Tranex mandiri in Padang city with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that no significant effect on the price of passenger loyalty CV.Tranex Mandiri, significant effect on the service quality of passenger loyalty CV.Tranex Mandiri, and brand reputation no significant effect on passenger loyalty CV .Tranex Mandiri.
