PENGARUH ROLE OF CONFLICT,LINGKUNGAN ORGANISASI, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP STRESS KERJA (Study Empiris Pada Perawat Rumah sakit BMC Padang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict, organizational
environment, organizational climate and work experience to work stress . In this study,
the research object is nurses who work at BMC hospital that located at Jalan
Proklamasi No. 37 Padang. From the test results of hypothesis can be concluded that
organizational environment and work experiences variables significant effect on job
stress in the BMC Hospital in Padang.The role of conflict and organization climate had
no significant effect on the stress in the work environment BMC Hospital in Padang.
