PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN DIRI, LOCUS OF CONTROL, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aims to explain wheather the self belief variable, locus of control and motivation effect toward employee performance. The sample of this research is staff working in public service institution in Padang. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling method where the staff criteria are working in public service, for minimally one year there. The respondents are staff working in public service office in Padang, the number respondent are 100. The data were analyzed by using classic assumption examiner. While the hypothesis was analyzed by using multiple linear regression test. The result of the research shows that self esteem has no effect toward the employee performance, self efficacy has negatife effect and is significant toward employee performance, locus of control has no effect toward employee performance, and motivation has no effect toward employee performance.
