THE EFFECT OF ROLE CONFLICT, ROLE OF AMBIGUITY, AND WORK FAMILY CONFLICT ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (Empirical Study to Several Conventional Banks in Padang)
Abstract
Organizational commitment is very difficult variable to maintain, howaver it, so many variables that influence it. Among the many variables role of conflict, role of ambiguity and work family conflict is a variable that affects organizational commitment. Therefore, this study aims to demonstrate empirically the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and work family conflict on organizational commitment. In this study, the 100 employees of a Conventional Bank has operational offices in the Padang City. In this study, have two categories of variables. The first is independent variable. The variable consisted of role of conflict, role of ambiguity and work family conflict . The second is the dependent variable is organizational commitment. In order to perform hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that role of conflict and role of ambiguity no significant effect on organizational commitment, while the work family conflict variables significantly influence the organizational commitment
