ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI TAHU DI BATU TABA, AMPEK ANGKEK

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital, raw materials, labor and price on tofu production in Batu Taba, Ampek Angkek from 2019 – 2023. The analysis used in this study is a panel data regression analysis. The software used to perform the analysis is Eviews 13. The results of the study show that capital and price both have a positive and significant effect on tofu production in Batu Taba, Ampek Angkek, raw materials have a positive and non-negative effect on tofu production, while labor has a negative and unsustainable effect on tofu production in Batu Taba, Ampek Angkek.References
