Abstract

At moment Indonesian Capital Exchange have been continues significant increasing.
Sign of the increasing the IHSG be better than before. The situation also can be
happening with increasing company performing. The research of goal to improved
growing of the firm and profitability to stock pricing at the capital structure by
moderating variable. The study have used 57 manufacturing company. The collecting of
the sample with purposive sampling. This research on variable used can were brought
into two groups. Independent variable used in this research consisting of a growth
company and profitability. Variable moderating used namely capital structure. Methods
to test analysis used namely method of multiple regression linear test t-statistic. Based
on the the testing of hypotheses found that their company and capital structure directly
influence significantly to stock prices, while profitability t influence significantly to
stock prices, because in direct influence one variable no nucleus influential significant
results in capital structure cannot moderating influence growth company profitability
relative against stock prices.
