PENGARUH KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Social economic development should be in line, because with the increase in public health without the effort of poverty reduction will slow the decline in mortality in the future which is very closely related to the health field. This study aims (1) To determine how much influence the infant mortality rate to economic development in the city of Padang, (2) To determine how much influence the life expectancy of children aged one year to the economic development in the city of Padang, (3) To find out how much Literacy Rate influence on economic development in the city of Padang.
Analysis of the data used for this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. Using partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Classical Assumption Test with Test Multicollinearity, autocorrelation, Heteroskidastity and Normality Test.
The results showed that the variables Infant Mortality Rate and literacy rate expectancy negative and no significant impact on economic development in the city of Padang, while life expectancy positive and significant impact on economic development in the city of Padang.
