PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN WANITA BERBELANJA DI FOODMART BASKO GRAND MALL PADANG
Abstract
The purpose of the research have improving service marketing mix (product, price,promotion, place, people, physical evidence and process) influence on the woman consumer
satisfaction to shopping in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang. That research have been
useful 160 woman to shopping in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang. Type of the data
useful of research is secondary data. The data collecting have use questioner. The study have
two classification variable. Woman consumer satisfaction the function of dependen variabel.
And service marketing mix (7P) as independent variable. The prosecing of the data, have
estimation with statistic programing (SPSS). The result of the test consist of product, price,
promotion, physical evidence and process have not significant influence on woman consumer
satisfaction, end than place and people have partial significant on the woman consumer
satisfaction to shopping in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang.
