PARTISIPASI TENAGA KERJA WANITA DALAM SEKTOR INFORMAL DI PASAR PAINAN

Abstract

The involvement of women in the field of employment in Indonesia is mostly not as a result of the influence of biological factors or technological advances . According to some experts , working women because they took the initiative to work because of the demands of family to meet the needs of this study aims to examine the influence of family dependents , the influence of age , working hours , training women to income women in the informal sector in the market Painan . Testing is done by using the classical assumption that normality test, multicollinearity , heteroscedasticity autocorrelation test and test and test the statistics are the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , regression coefficient test ( t - test ) and testing of the F ( F - test) .
The results showed that the number of dependents and a significant negative effect , and the positive effect of age was not significant , the working hours of a positive and significant effect , the education of women and a significant positive effect on the earnings of women in the informal sector in the market Painan.
