PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. MULYA MOTOR PASAMAN BARAT

Abstract

In the automotive business is currently very high level of competition in this era of globalization. This study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and discipline worked to the performance of employees. Variables of this study consisted of motivation and discipline worked as an independent variable, and performance of employees as the dependent variable. Sample research technigue that is used is the method of census or sample is saturated. Samples describtion this study is 35 employees. Methods used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear. The results obtained by the motivation and discipline worked have effect a significant positive effect on employee performance.
