Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate image
and customer delight on customer loyalty Bank Danamon Branch located at Jl.
Jendral Sudirman Padang. The population in this study were all customers at
Bank Danamon. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, while the
number of samples for the analysis was 100 customers. Technique of data
analysis for testing hypotheses is multiple linear regression.The results found that
the corporate image and customer delight affect to customer loyalty. corporate
image and customer delight have a significant influence on customer loyalty Bank
Danamon , the influence corporate image and customer delight on customer
loyalty Bank Danamon is 21,9% independent variable is able to contribute to the
dependent variable, while the remaining 79,1% is influenced by other variables
that are not included in the scope of this study.
