PENGARUH CITRA BANK, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH TABUNGAN PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT KECAMATAN PARIANGAN DI BATU SANGKAR
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bank image, service quality
and satisfaction on customers savings loyalty in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat District Pariangan
at Batu Sangkar. The population in this study were all customer savings Bank Perkreditan
Rakyat District Pariangan at Batu Sangkar. The sampling technique was accidental
sampling, while the number of samples have for the analysis was 120 consumers. The
technique analysis data that used for testing hypotheses is multiple linear regression. In this
study there are three variables the results found variables which have a significant effect in
this study is service quality and satisfaction,while bank image variables does not significant
effect to customers saving loyalty.
