Abstract

The purpose of this research iss know the impact service quality of decision to became customer of PT Asuransi Bumi Putera Padang branch. using of this sample is 100 people customer is decision of Asuransi Bumi Petera. the method of collect data is using questioner. The analyst technic is double linear analyst. Based of hypothesis experiment that found tangible and reliability impact significant of decision became customer of insurance, responsibility, assurance and emphatic does not impact significant to decision became customer of Asuransi Bumi Petera Padang branch. Suggest to company to more attention the service quality with give exercise and did changing of employee of service that the service more better and the customer more interesting to use insurance in the future.
