Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture , job stress , and job satisfaction
on employee performance in PDAM Padang . The population in this study were full-time employees in all
parts of Padang city taps headquarters totaling 185 orang.Teknik sampling is convenience sampling . The
type of data used is primary data through questionnaires . Data analysis method used is multiple linear
regression analysis . Hypothesis testing using t-test statistical test to prove the effect of independent
variables on the dependent variable partially or individual .
The results of this study found no positive effect of organizational culture on employee
performance in the desert city taps . While the positive effect of work stress on employee performance in
the desert city taps. While job satisfaction is not a positive influence on the performance of employees in
the desert town taps
