INFLUENCE ON THE IMAGE OF THE RETAIL OUTLET TRUST PT.AXIS TELECOM INDONESIA TO ACHIVE LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP IN AREA OF SALES BUKITTINGGI
Abstract
The more advanced development of information technology and encourage each provider network information providers trying to improve customer confidence . One of the leading providers in Indonesia, which continues to develop and modify the quality of the product is PT Axis Telekom Indonesia. To improve customer confidence that provider establish retail outlets to enhance the company's image. The basic of background brief description of the problem , this study aims to demonstrate empirically the effect of retail outlets confidence towards the image of PT Axis Telekom Indonesia to achieve long-term relationship . In this study, the 96 retail outlets that are in the territory Bukitinggi. The type of data used is primary , the data processing is done by distributing questionnaires . In this study, the two categories of study variable . The first variable is the independent retail outlets that belief , the second variable is the image of Axis Telekom Indonesia . In order to perform hypothesis testing used a simple linear regression model analysis . Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that confidence in the retail outlets have a significant effect on the image of PT Axis Telekom Indonesia in achieving long-term relationship.
