Abstract

In this research, the writer searched about the effect of work motivatio, organization
culture, and role contlict toward the ability of employee in civil consluction department
enviroment of Payakumbuh city. Population aand sample used of this research was the civil
employees (PU) the number of employees are 71 the sample technigue used was cencus
method. Riset method used was the multiple analysis with SPSS program
Based on the resut of this research founded that work motivation and role conflict
positive and significantly affected to employees peforment. The organization culture
positively and not significantly affected toward the employees performance.
