Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of commitment and leadership on job satisfaction to enhance individual performance. The study was conducted at BUMN company in Padang, the sample of this research about 100 employee. Data collected through questionnaires are processed and analyze by using multiple regression analysis. The sampling research is total sampling. The researchers processes the data by Using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that commitment about leadership has positive significant effect to individual performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Individul Performance. Commitment about leadership has positive significant to job satisfaction. the effect leadership on job satisfaction to enhance individual performance is positive significant. The other variables commitment doesn’t have significant influences towards on job satisfaction to enhance individual performance.
