Abstract

The function of public company have giving full service to every people. The institution have responsibility for service of society and correlation with used country facility. However, today the problem of public institution in Padang not have activity consistence depend had function. The based of the problem, this research has purposed to improved public service motivation, individual job satisfaction on organizational citizenship of behavior for the employee performance city government in Padang. The research have using 76 people, they choice with purposive sampling. Type of the data has used secondary. The based purposed of the research, writing has been use quantitative analysis with multiple regression and t-test. The result of the test has founding public service motivation and individual job satisfaction have not significant effect on organizational citizenship of behavior for the employee performance city government in Padang.
