PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PUNCAK, MANAJEMEN SISTEM INFORMASI, KEPUASAN PENGGUNA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI ( Studi Empiris pada BUMN yang ada di Kota Padang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of top management, management information systems, user satisfaction, organizational culture, and the use of information systems on the effectiveness of information systems on BUMN in the city of Padang. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with employees working criteria using information systems. This study uses primary data, 82 respondents using multiple linear regression through SPSS 16 program results showed that: top management, user satisfaction, organizational culture, and use of information systems significantly influence the effectiveness of information systems, while management information system does not significantly influence the effectiveness of information systems.
