PENGARUH THE BIG FIVE FACTOR PERSONALITY DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (Pada Auditor yang Bekerja di KAP Sumbar dan Riau)

Abstract

The purpose of the research to improved influence of the big five factor personality and motivation on organizational citizenship of behavior. This research  become of the sample are 65 auditor has activity on accountant public officer in Sumbar (West Sumatera) and Riau. The process of collected of the sample have been using purposive sampling method. The research has using primary data, the data collected with questioner observation. The method of the research have quantitative method with multiple regression and t-test . The process of the test have doing with SPSS.  The result of the test have founding motivation and big five personality (Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism dan Openness to Experience) have not significant effect on the organizational citizenship of behavior in Padang and Pekanbaru.
