Abstract
Use of information technology can be done effectively if the members in the organization can use these technologies properly . Quality of care can be defined as the perception of the service users and the service good or bad a received failure of a service including the customer satisfaction . The data collection process performed on student -level economics faculty at the university end bung Hatta , with as many as 160 sheets kuisieoner deploy , and kuisieoner the back as much as 150 . To test the quality of the data to test the validity and reliability , the classic assumption test the normality test , and to test the hypothesis tested in the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , simultaneous test ( F test ) and partial t test .
