Abstract

The number of independent branches of bank customers sudirman Padang has increased the number of customers from 2010 to 2013, but a decline in the percentage of independent branch bank customers sudirman padang. This study aims to determine the effect of bank's image on customer loyalty sudirman padang independent bank branch with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method in this study using descriptive analysis, simple analysis and multilevel analysis. . The results of this research found that the image of the bank have a significant effect on customer loyalty sudirman Padang independent bank branch through satisfaction as an intervening variable, the role of satisfaction as an intervening variable is a partial intervening.
