Abstract

This research intends to get empirical evidences about the influences of organization’s commitment, family’s conflict as the effect of worked and role of conflict toward employed is job satisfaction.Sampel of this research was 100 respondents which. The type of data’s that were used was primary data. The data’s were got by distributing questionnaires. In this research, it was used two categories of variables. The first was independent variable those were organization’s commitment, family’s conflict as the effect of job and role of conflict. The second was dependent variable that was female job satisfaction. Analysis of hypothesis test was done by using multiple regression model. Based on the result of hypothesis test, it was found that organization’s commitment and role of conflict did not significantly influence female job satisfaction. Research sampel showed that worked conflict as the effect of family significantly influenced female employed job satisfaction at Bank Nagari of Padang.
