Abstract

The purposed of the research was improved influence of job satisfaction,
organizational commitment on organizational behavior. That sample of the study used 105
peoples have been activity on Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,Perempuan dan Keluarga
Berencana in Padang city. This study has using primary data. The process collected of the
data with questioner observation. That variable of the study has two type. Citizenship of
Behavior by dependent variable, job satisfaction and organizational commitment by
independent variable. The solved of the problem with multiple regression and t-test. The base
of the result has founding job satisfaction have significant influence on organizational
citizenship of behavior, the research has founding also commitment organizational not
significant influence on organizational citizenship of behavior for Badan Pemberdayaan
Masyarakat,Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana in Padang
